SENFENG SF3015HM

With its 6K Watt laser, this unit can cut both steel plates and tube all while fully enclosed. Its dual table allows us to preload plates for mass production purposes. It has a work area of 118” x 59” and the ability to cut ½” stainless steel and aluminum as well as ¾” mild steel. Additionally, the unit can cut brass. Tubes up to 6” in diameter with a wall thickness of .125” and a length of to 20’ with a 24” overhang.

HAAS VF5SS

Sporting a 30 HP motor and capable of 12K RPM spindle speed, our American made Haas VF5SS allows us to fabricate parts on a 54” x 24” table size.

CREAFORM PEEL 3D

With a capture resolution of .001mm, our Peel 3D scanner allows us to reverse engineer parts where no designs are available. We can scan and model screw sized object up to a full vehicle. We can print out a sample on our 3D printers so that you can see the part before we manufacture.

WELDING
